As if the sign was not necassary, they have put a guard there to make suer that no one throws garbage here.

Is this a special place? The guard looks so happy - which doesn't match the message! Say, how on earth did you come up with Mental Floss? I think it's a fabulous name.

good post navin. I don't know if anyone would be scared of the buard. he looks quite friendly but I still wouldn't throw any rubbish just in case. he does have that stick after all :)
